Rey and Ben are best friends. Ever since they met, they just clicked somehow, and understand each other like no one else does. When an unexpected family connection comes to light, they're drawn into a dangerous exploration of intrigue involving Rey's past.
They both have significant others, and as they grow closer, struggle to find the balance between their friendship, the dangers they face and the unexpected growing feelings between them. Somehow, everything that is happening around them just seems.......inevitable.
Follows Rey and Ben's journey as they come to terms with forces of nature they don't understand.

After Crait, the Resistance is all but decimated. It will take time before they regain the strength and numbers to be anything more than an annoyance to the First Order. Ever since she settled in on the desert planet, Rey started training a new order of Jedi, teaching them about the balance of the Force, taking her mind off of what happened on Exegol until after her lessons, because that's when she tries to reach out in the Force to search for him. For Ben Solo. But even after months of trying to reach out to him day after day, Rey still fails, believing he doesn't want to see her. She is frustrated and desperate, and about to give up hope until she finds out about a place existing within the Force, a place existing between time and space: the world between worlds. Could Ben be stuck in the world between worlds? Could he have been alive after all? And can Rey bring him back? All characters and planets are from Lucasfilm/Disney.
