Addilyn saw the door move up and down like a chest breathing. It moved faster and faster. Then it abruptly stopped. She got out of her bed and walked slowly towards it. There was silence. Then the door burst open on its own and a dark figure rolled in with the same glowing eyes from her nightmares.

Addilyn, wanting to help her mother, played a game with other kids who were unaware about the game where the rewards were a fortune anyone could wish for.
