Ridhima loves Kabir but after his betrayal, she gets into an accident where she is saved by Vansh. He offers her job to be physiotherapist for his sister which she gladly accepts. When Ridhima starts working for Vansh she accidentally looks at his misdeeds as mafia and tries to run away but Vansh, who is obsessed with Ridhima now, blackmails her to marry him.
