Seraphina is a normal Kiwi girl until she escapes from hospital after being diagnosed with an uncontrollable disease with a 18% survival rate. She is frustrated and in distress so she makes her way to the  cliff face above the sea to calm herself down she falls. She has to be flown half way around the world while she is in a coma to have treatment.
