Depression: A word that people usually throw around to describe an unpleasant day or a bad mood. But a person who knows depression, it's much more than a word or an emotion. Depression is something that makes simple day-to-day activities hard; it's when you can't enjoy the activities that you once enjoyed when you can't light yourself and the pressure of doing anything consumes you. It's not okay to feel like this and it's okay to do something about it. Seeking help and understanding your inner-self is important. I hope this article helps you in the best possible way.
