William may look normal at first glance, but that's the magic of makeup for you. William is a 16 year old who has been 16 for a long time. He's cold to the touch, if you are able to touch him, and afraid of everyone. Well. Besides his quirky best friend Lucrin. Both of them came to Wenston Highschool on the first day, claiming to be exchange students, but something is off about the two of them. 

Truth is, they're dead. Well. Sort of. They're what are Referred to as Night Terrors, or beings who are selected at death to have a second chance at humanity by haunting the dreams of the living and scaring them. To death. The way they continue to have any sort of link to humanity is through killing. William doesn't quite like the idea of having to drag humans away from their lives, but hey, killings better than becoming a soulless right?
