An Omega's Truth

Izuku Midoriya was born with an omega and his ex-best friend was an alpha named Katsuki Bakugo. One day Bakugo gets into an uncontrollable rut, causing him to rape Izuku. Izuku would have been fine if he apologized and took responsibility, caring for the omega after he got him pregnant. But, instead Katsuki lies to Class 1-A telling them instead that Izuku raped Katsuki. He turns the class against the boy, turning him depressed and exhausted with caring for his pups emotionally and financially. The only person in the class that knows about the truth is his BFF Ochako Uraraka. They get through majority of the pregnancy together, but what will the class do once they figure out that Bakugo was lying and Izuku was telling the truth?
