Summary of the lore behind the first clan:
The tom introduced, Axel but later becomes know as Ashenstar, runs from a dark past after getting a message from a mysterious she-cat within his dreams who tells him he needs to broaden his horizons. She says that there are those who are in need of help, and he is the one who needs to help them. He forms the first clan known, Ashenclan, named after him and begins to grow his family.

A view into the lore:
"Coming from the darkness of his sleep, a white misty cat walks towards. Her eyes were a bright blue, almost like the sky on a good day. She comes to a stop when when the tom is a tail length away from her and takes a seat on the black ground. "Axel..." She calls to him, the tom blinks. Who is she? He thinks to himself with confusion, as normally his dreams do not consist of such weird imagery and strange cats. How does she know my name? "Broaden your horizons, Axel.. There are those who need you." "
