In this story, after being tormented by his friends and sister for being quirkless, Izuku Midoriya is killed by the sludge villian, and makes a deal with the demon lord Beelzebub, keeper of the hellhounds. Izuku agrees to be alpha over them so the demon lord can have a break, in exchange to live on earth and become a hero.

Death was caused by crossfire between a hero and a villain. - Again, All Might will be a sorry excuse of a father and neglect Izuku for not having a Quirk, and will turn all his attention towards Izumi, who has one.' - Izuku will have one hell of a massive harem, which will make Issei jealous. - Shizu will still die, sadly, but gets resurrected after Rimuru evolves into a Demon Lord. - Some unexpected and expected ships will be included. - Velgrynd and Rudra never hit it off because Velgrynd didn't trust him, so she left the East and moved in with Luminous as her partner. It's a way of apologizing on behalf of what Veldora did in the past. - Luminous will have an adopted sister, who is a reincarnator.

His name is Denki Agatsuma a descendant of a powerful Thunder Hashira back in the Taisho Era and his goal was to find the other people who are worthy of using breathing styles to honor his ancestors. This would be the start of their journey as heroes.

She emits a golden energy from her body, and can use it as a long range attack or other types of attacks. This golden energy also has the power to heal, but it takes a lot out of her. Using too much of the energy (quick flight, large scale attacks, healing) can make her nose bleed at first and give her a fever, or can lead to internal bleeding due to a severe spike in body temperature and blood vessels bursting. This only happens if the quirk is pushed way beyond its limit.
