The world has gone to ruins, food is scarce, the ground is infertile, the water is toxic, buildings are broken, and sleep? Who is that?
But Ouma Kokichi has other things to worry about. Who cares if he hasn't eaten in the past 24 hours, or hasn't slept in 48?
He needs to figure out how to tease and keep everyone's spirits up in these oh-so-trying times.
And Komaeda Nagito is ignoring things like the said toxic water or broken buildings, because "no one cares about him anyway."
The only thing keeping him alive is his luck, after all.
People are worried. People are dying. People are starving. And so how will they survive?
Not with Ouma Kokichi or Komaeda Nagito.

The world's biggest, most awful, most tragic event in human history started that day, due to that specific class. Well, that's what everyone thought at first. That was until Kokichi Ouma, the Ultimate Supreme Leader, reveals himself as a traitor, having lied about all his intentions. He had never cared about the others, but was merely acting. *Lying*. He was an Ultimate Despair, second to that of Junko Enoshima. But is that really the truth of the matter? A/N Hey, so I came up with this idea a long time ago, and I just decided to write it because I don't have much else to do. It's just a 'what if' scenario if Kokichi had been a Remnant of Despair, really. There might be some shippy stuff, I don't really know.
