Sapnap suffers alot during the hospital and his very best friend Karl, comes to see him face to face for the first time and things took a turn. Karl finds out something wrong. Quackity finds more about Karl. Sapnap finds about both Karl and Quackity. The start of the New year for Dream doesn't go well. Someone gets Kidnapped. Dream wants to end the suffering. Virus found? I didn't want to do the things I did, didn't revel in other people's pain, but I did what I had to to survive. At least that's what I tell myself.
