In this era, young girls and women (not to exclude other groups) are under constant pressure to maintain the perfect appearance: skinny body (but not too skinny), pretty face (but no makeup or surgical augmentation), big lips (but not too big) long eyelashes (but no fake eyelashes) and so on. For Nadia Dubois, this pressure has been suffocating her since birth due to her 'perfect' unidentical twin sister, Madelaine. The stress of the never-ending comparison to her flawless twin is only exacerbated when the Dubois family temporarily relocates to the United Kingdom.
