Izuku was born with a one of a kind, deadly but powerful quirk.
glitch.
He could glitch around, though he would describe it as teleporting. he could alter genetic DNA of others, including his own, as such he could possibly give or take a quirk from someone. He could manipulate the human DNA to his will and his quirk was ever evolving
The downside is, It is forever on and he can't turn it off, thats the drawback, not even quirk supressant cuffs or gloves work on him.
He is degraded by his mother for having this dangerous quirk as he accidentally took his fathers fire quirk.
The people who know of his quirk lable him a 'monster'
The people who think he is quirkless lable him 'usless'

Izuku Midoriya: the truest hero of all time.
Izuku Midoriya formerly izuku yagi had a good life up until he was diagnosed quirkless. He was neglected and beaten by his own (all might, magnetic and Izumi) family and (1A) friends. Over the years izuku learn how to defend himself in private, read comics from before quirks were around and learning about heroes quirks. One day, while izuku is running away from his tormentors, he runs into the forest to lose them. After he does he realizes he's lost and then he sees a meteor coming towards him. After it crashes izuku feels like it's calling to him, he goes near it and almost in an instant he feels a sudden surge of power and strength he never felt before. Now with these new abilities he will become the next number one hero and symbol of hope.

New Life With No Memories
Izuku Yagi son of Inko Yagi and Toshinori Yagi. Izuku was always a happy child full of energy and enthusiasm, that was until he was diagnosed quirkless. Luckily his younger twin sister was diagnosed with a quirk and a powerful one at that. After his friends and his family found out he was quirkless they beat, bullied, and ignored him. Izuku was considered useless and worthless. Izuku thought if he just disappeared his family and friends would be happy. But he didn't know that he would suffer even more than he did before, or maybe he's even better than he was at home. (BNHA x Tokyo Ghoul) I do not own the rights to any of these two animes/mangas. The boy was excited to have such a unique quirk, but when deemed to be villainous was ostracized from society. His family never talked to him, cooked for him, or help him with any of his problems. His friends, Shoto Todoroki, Katsuki Bakugo, Mai Bakugo, Inari Todoroki, and Ochaco Uraraka along with his sister decide to make his school a place of torture. By the end off their third year of middle school, Izuku official become a machine, but one incident causes him to loss any shred of sanity he had left. Disappearing for the next four years, the form friends and sister have been accepted into U.A. University, but what if their past comes back to haunt them?
