Izuku was born with a one of a kind, deadly but powerful quirk.

glitch.

He could glitch around, though he would describe it as teleporting. he could alter genetic DNA of others, including his own, as such he could possibly give or take a quirk from someone. He could manipulate the human DNA to his will and his quirk was ever evolving 
The downside is, It is forever on and he can't turn it off, thats the drawback, not even quirk supressant cuffs or gloves work on him.

He is degraded by his mother for having this dangerous quirk as he accidentally took his fathers fire quirk.
The people who know of his quirk lable him a 'monster' 
The people who think he is quirkless lable him 'usless'

This is book 1 of 3 After being abused by his peers for several years, Izuku had enough, he ran and kept running until finding himself secluded where he spent the years to come training himself to become a monster, training himself so he can save those just like him, just like he used to be. Soon enough he was no longer Izuku, that was more of a false persona and his true identity would arise the moment he put on his mask. His past life and name had been forgotten in time but after a new villain group has risen, he's forced to take back his old name and relive a past he wished to forget. After everything that has happened, he only has one question, What next? Context- the story starts in 2249. deku starts as a vigilante at the end of 2246 when he was 12 and he runs away in the beginning of 2245 at 10. This means he was born in 2234 and was announced as quirkless in 2238
