Izuku was born with a one of a kind, deadly but powerful quirk.
glitch.
He could glitch around, though he would describe it as teleporting. he could alter genetic DNA of others, including his own, as such he could possibly give or take a quirk from someone. He could manipulate the human DNA to his will and his quirk was ever evolving
The downside is, It is forever on and he can't turn it off, thats the drawback, not even quirk supressant cuffs or gloves work on him.
He is degraded by his mother for having this dangerous quirk as he accidentally took his fathers fire quirk.
The people who know of his quirk lable him a 'monster'
The people who think he is quirkless lable him 'usless'

From Vigilante to Hero (Vigilante Izuku Fanfic) (Discontinue & being rewritten)
Izuku Midoriya was born with multiple quirks but couldn't actively use them because his body couldn't handle them plus he couldn't tell anyone or he would be targeted by many villains if word got out that he had multiple quirks. His mother and the quirk doctor were the only ones who knew this besides Izuku. Not only that but because none of his quirks would activate until later he couldn't prove to have one thus he was labeled as quirkless by his peers and school. Understanding the danger of having multiple quirks Izuku just pretends to be quirkless but trains hard taking up dance, martial arts, and gymnastics training his body for when he awakens his quirks. When he is 12 his mother died protecting him from a villain. Seeing his mother's death with his own eyes led to him awakening his quirks and his grandfather takes guardianship of him. After his mother's death Izuku chooses to become a vigilante who saves all those he can. After a few years later Izuku is 15 and in his last year in middle school. Everyone still believes him to be a quirkless loser but in truth, Izuku holds many secrets. Izuku wasn't planning on going to the UA Hero course instead he plan to go into their Support Course. However, things don't always go as planned when one day while walking to school Izuku saves a child from being hit by a car not knowing Nezu was watching the entire time. Later when doing a drop to give a certain underground hero information he is caught. After that he is taken in for interrogation, told he will be going into the UA hero course, and even gets adopted by Nedzu. However, just cause he force to enter UA doesn't mean he will stop doing his vigilante work.Complete

Fate can be very cruel. That was something Izuku knew far too well. Thanks to his wits, his mother sold him off to be a pawn to her one and only love. With no other choice than being a villain, he was "gifted" or more like experimented on to gain another quirk since his own was considered too weak... now being even forced to be the UA traitor, there was nothing left for his life or so he though! What if a higher being like a god pities Izuku's life and gave him a chance to change everything?! His friends, Shoto Todoroki, Katsuki Bakugo, Mai Bakugo, Inari Todoroki, and Ochaco Uraraka along with his sister decide to make his school a place of torture. By the end off their third year of middle school, Izuku official become a machine, but one incident causes him to loss any shred of sanity he had left. Disappearing for the next four years, the form friends and sister have been accepted into U.A. University, but what if their past comes back to haunt them?
