Izuku was born with a one of a kind, deadly but powerful quirk.
glitch.
He could glitch around, though he would describe it as teleporting. he could alter genetic DNA of others, including his own, as such he could possibly give or take a quirk from someone. He could manipulate the human DNA to his will and his quirk was ever evolving
The downside is, It is forever on and he can't turn it off, thats the drawback, not even quirk supressant cuffs or gloves work on him.
He is degraded by his mother for having this dangerous quirk as he accidentally took his fathers fire quirk.
The people who know of his quirk lable him a 'monster'
The people who think he is quirkless lable him 'usless'

Izuku Midoriya formerly izuku yagi had a good life up until he was diagnosed quirkless. He was neglected and beaten by his own (all might, magnetic and Izumi) family and (1A) friends. Over the years izuku learn how to defend himself in private, read comics from before quirks were around and learning about heroes quirks. One day, while izuku is running away from his tormentors, he runs into the forest to lose them. After he does he realizes he's lost and then he sees a meteor coming towards him. After it crashes izuku feels like it's calling to him, he goes near it and almost in an instant he feels a sudden surge of power and strength he never felt before. Now with these new abilities he will become the next number one hero and symbol of hope.

His past life and name had been forgotten in time but after a new villain group has risen, he's forced to take back his old name and relive a past he wished to forget. After everything that has happened, he only has one question, What next? Context- the story starts in 2249. deku starts as a vigilante at the end of 2246 when he was 12 and he runs away in the beginning of 2245 at 10. This means he was born in 2234 and was announced as quirkless in 2238Complete
