Hiccup and Acacia Haddock are the prized children of Stoick the Vast - the heirs of Berk. After a dragon kidnapped Stoick's wife in a raid a few months after Acacia was born, they are all he has. However, luck is not on his side, as Acacia disappears one day, leaving Berk in grief and Hiccup believing he caused his little sister's death.
15 years later, the Dragon Riders are struggling to fend off Viggo Grimborn. When they run into a new group, the infamous Dragon Pirates, they decide to meet them and see if they are friend of foe.
