Actually, this teenager grew up there. That one teenager has a mission, kill those with abilities. Kill those with powers.
The other seven teenagers was new to the "camp activities". Six of these seven have seen each other before, but has zero memories of each other. Those six have three things in common: dreams, marks, and powers. Three was already friends and grew up together, two was friends from their parents and possibly dating. The six person was dating one of the three childhood friends.
