He's a stuck up snob that seems to have a fantastic fear of everything, well everything except Ashley. He's truly, madly in love with her, but she wants nothing to do with him. Then with the wedding day looming, Ashly takes her notebook and runs to the only safe place she knows, the forest.

Rosemarie is a princess to a king that is much loved by his people, but she doesn't feel the same way. Rosemarie longs to leave the palace and travel, she wants adventure. Her father does not agree though. She plans to leave and runaway on her twenty-first birthday, but just a month before her father stops her by ordering her to be put into a prison. Using all the strength she has, she gets away and runs back into the woods. During her escape she runs into a huntsman who agrees to help her get to a village where she knows the people there will help her get away. Along there journey they get close, sharing many stories and experiences, maybe the huntsman is Rosemarie's way of finally getting her freedom and adventure.
