Have you ever kept a secret? Down In Japan lives a girl who has to keep the biggest secret of all. Her name is Itsuki Ashimaki. During the day, she is your local police officer but, at night she is known as the "Black Rose" one of the most feared criminals in all of Japan. Itsuki was very good at hiding her secret, that was until she got caught by a young man on her team named Chiko Hanamaru who happens to be the new recruit and has a dark secret of his own.
