My neighbour's house is normal. There are two stories, stairs, and a tiny porch. A red door, and many windows with pretty crimson shutters.
My neighbour's house is normal. The lights are on when they need to be, and off when they don't. The grass is mown, and there are sometimes cars in the driveway.
My neighbour's house is normal. Sometimes I can see into some of the rooms. Always when I'm not really trying. The rooms are nice, with a warm colour scheme and polished wooden furniture. There is one room that is entirely white. A bare bulb swings from the ceiling. From the outside, I can see no furniture. The walls are old and stained.. There are no shutters on that window.
My neighbour's house is normal. I see them sometimes. They're gone most of the day. We wave when we see each other, coming or going. Those two seem nice. Didn't they used to have a son about my age?
My neighbour's house is normal. They turn off their lights about the same time we do. Except in that one room. The lights in the white room stay on late each night. I tried to watch them, once, to see how late they stayed on. I fell asleep. When I woke up, they were already off.
My neighbour's house is normal. Sometimes I hear sounds from the house. Almost like muffled screams. Everyone gets night terrors, it's common knowledge that, at night, everything can sound scary.
My neighbour's house is normal.
Except when it isn't.

I'm a vampire hunter. Nothing is more important than keeping humans safe from the things that haunt their nightmares. It's what I was born to do. So when I hear that a body has turned up that looks a lot like bodies from a previous hunt, I fly to investigate. There's just two problems. One is that I killed the vampire responsible for those deaths. The second? The new body turned up in the home country of the one man who can ignite my temper faster than anyone else. Just when I think it couldn't get any worse, a simple touch has my demon claiming that he is my mate. Things just got a whole lot more complicated. Tall, curvy, brunette with hazel eyes that change from almost totally green to deep brown depending on her mood, she is the one woman that has me wanting to shake her one moment and kiss her senseless the next. She's the one woman I can never have, and the only one I truly want. But when a body turns up that looks like the bodies from a case of hers, I have no choice but to call her in to help find the killer. On top of that, the touch of her hand on my arm is enough for my demon to start claiming her as my mate. Then as if things weren't already complicated enough, I find out that I have a daughter when her mother is killed and the child's rescuers find me. So now I have to get to know my daughter, convince my mate to accept me, and deal with a demon that has a one track mind about protecting its mate, even though she can look after herself way better than I can. All while tracking down a vampire that thinks I killed her sister and is out for revenge. Piece of cake. Right?

Time didn't matter to her. She got up when the sun did and tried to sleep when the sun went down. because of this seemingly endlessness, she's forgotten her name, she's forgotten her family and she's forgotten everything she use to be. Now she was nothing. Living on the streets of a town begging for money and food from travellers that didn't know who she was, unlike the rest of the town that thought of her as something unnatural even though she doesn't know why. Constantly abused by the townspeople who don't understand her, she is left to die in an alleyway after a horrible run in with three drunk men. She was expecting to die and have her corpse eaten by rats and other vermin. What she didn't expect was to be saved by a woman that was everything but human. "Do you want to live?" This woman asked and when she looked into herself she knew the answer, it came easy through her busted lips. "Yes." From that day on she became something else, something not human, something extraordinary and from that day forth she will serve this woman who saved her life and maybe one day remember her name or be given one by her new Mistress. Maybe one day she'll remember who she was and maybe she'll even find the one person that completes her soul. From that day forth she became a Nightwalker. Completed. This is a lesbian story and contains mature actions between females. There will be warnings at the beginning of the chapter if you do not wish to read such content.

** Ivy Pov "Wait, we're sharing the same bed." My eyes widened in horror as I was placed on the bed. "Yes. You're my mate now and my mate stays with me until she is marked and she can do as she pleases." He shrugs and removes his pants, leaving just his boxers and my wolf was definately drueling. Hell, I'm freaking drueling. "You're just over protective and don't trust me...jesus, nice ass." I cover my mouth as soon as the words leave it and I mentally slap my self for even thinking it. A devilish smirk crossed his features as he turned around and approached the bed. "You like my ass?" He asks kneeling between my legs. My brain stops working and no words come out my mouth. "I can show you the front if you Like?" His seductive voice was flowing into my ears and I didn't even realise my eyes had turned the metallic blue of my wolf. "No." I'm hesitant to talk and Malik brings his hand to my face. "Your wolf wants me too." His thumb strokes just beneath my eyes and I shake my head clearing them away. "No she doesn't." I smile, proud of how obedient she is to me. Plus,I kinda think I'm in control. "Don't worry, it won't take long till you are as submissive as she is." He laughs standing back up, I release a breath I didn't even know I was holding. "Hopefully it will." I mutter but he hears me as loud as heard his chuckle. I got under the covers and lay as close to the edge as I could. He may be my mate but I am not prepared for the whole thing yet. He's 23, I'm 18...i don't think that's legal. *** Ivy Scott is an outsider to her pack and she has yet to find her mate at 18. When she faces her everyday problems, this time Alpha Malik is near by called to his mate. On enemy territory, he has no right to claim property but when nature, more specifically, his Luna comes calling he is quick to react. Little does he know how unique she is. Definately not a cliche wolf story and unfortunately does not always fit the stereotypical stories but I enjoyed writing it.

However, I was a kid when I wrote this so take it with a grain of salt. *** Like a deer in head lights, I freeze and watch as the car comes towards me expecting to get hit. But to my surprise, the car swerves to the side slightly next to me and comes to a stop. I take a deep breath I didn't know I was holding at the driver's side door swings open and a very pissed off Axel steps out. "Thank god," I mumble and place my hands on my knees to catch my breath. "Blaze?" He says and I hate it. I hate how he says my name as if it's his. Like he knows it's the only thing I want to hear, him calling out to me, looking at me, focused to me. It's the first time in my life I wanted someone's attention so badly I didn't care how I got it. And that was too dangerous for me to hold onto. "Are you insane or some shit? I could have killed you!" He says and starts to walk towards me. I take a big breath and step back away from him, "s-stop! Axel," I stutter still panting. It's then he notices the blood on my hands and shirt. "Is that blood?" He asks staring at my shirt and I take another step back. "Stop, stay b-back," I try to say confidently but I can't even breath right. Realizing he won't listen I start to turn around planning to make a break for it. "Don't run from me Blaze it won't go well," he growls reading my thoughts causing me to freeze in my spot. "Do not ever think you can get away from me."

I lean over her "you were so sexy on that stage" I say flirtatiously "thanks I guess" said Ivy nervously "do I make you nervous red" I ask her as she looks up at me "a little" she answers truthfully and I smirk "why is that" I ask her curiously "because every time you talk or come near I feel like you're trying to seduce me" she said looking away and I tilt her face up back to looking into eyes "I am told I can be very seductive the only one who seems to be immune to it is you, which makes you so much more interesting because I can't seem to charm you or seduce you" I tell her with a grin "why so you can have a one night stand with me, I'm not stupid I know better" said Ivy and I grin and lean closer and slide a hand to her hip "I'm not lookin for one night with you, I'm lookin for every night with you" I said with a grin. "I find this hard to believe" Ivy said sarcastically and I give her a glare and press my body to hers "I'm telling you the truth but it doesn't mean that I fucking like it, I never wanted anyone for more than one night then you come a long and all I can think about is you, you're like poison to my system, guess you got the right name" I growl in her ear "I want every part of you, I want your fucking poison" I tell her in a growl and her breath catches when I pull her into me so she can feel what she does to me, she looks up at me "it must suck to not get what you want for once in your life" she says with a smirk "it just makes me want it more" I growl then back off.

I may have done the wrong thing more than once. But despite all of that I still like you, hell if I know I might love you. I've never felt the way I feel about you for anyone else before. I can't stop thinking about you. Your laugh, your smile, your voice. How you manage to pull a joke at a time like this, to how peaceful, and beautiful you look when you're sleeping." I smile. "You okay? Did you hit your head or somethin'?" I tease. "Shut up." ------------------------- Olivia, a 16-year-old girl with a tragic past. It's so hot, what is going on. Is it even humanly possible to sweat this much?" Oh, but the temperature is just perfect "Who is that? Wait, you can hear my thoughts? Where am I?" As I open my eyes, I realize I'm not on my bed or even in my room where I should be after coming home late last night. "Or did I not make it home? This is definitely not earth" I said to myself as I looked around and took a 360-degree view of what I can't even describe. "Is this is supposed to be a house? Where am I?" Beautiful isn't it? This could all be yours if you want, or whatever change you want to make to it, just think about it, anything you want, anything you can think about, it's all yours. "This voice again, who are you, where are you?" I shouted out and waited for a response but to my disappointment, I heard no reply. "Beautiful?" I said to myself as I looked around, "Is this not more than beautiful? The whole building is made of glass, pure crystal-clear glass." I looked around and studied the cube like structure made entirely from glass and if my eyes were not deceiving me, was also rotating slowly. "But how is that possible, I'm standing on a fixed spot and not feeling any movement, also the darkness that totally surrounds the glass building isn't allowing me to determine if the building is really rotating or not. What kind of confusion is this?" All that surrounded the glass building was darkness, black thick darkness. What is this cube even built on? No foundation? It's just hanging in space? What is this darkness? How is this crazy heat not even destroying the glass cube? This is definitely not a building. Is this still Earth? Several questions rushed up my mind as I surveyed the area I turned away from all these questions and the surroundings of the cube as no one was going to answer my questions. The glass beneath my feet felt cold as I tried walking and that just added to the weirdness of the place.

"Who are you?" I demand. The boy in front of me replies, "That's not how this works, love." I freeze. That phrase. That voice. It can't be. I look up but he's just a cloaked silhouette. The rustling stops when boys surrounding us step from their hiding spots and light lanterns. Every single one of them masked and cloaked. Except the one in front of me. The lamps lit, and I see his face. "Whoa," slips from my lips as I stare at the boy in front of me. His eyes widen and his jaw almost, just almost, drops. With his guard down for that one instant I lose all fear and gain control. "You!" I yell suddenly overflowing with anger. My stomach heats with rage. I fight to stand, stronger this time with anger as fuel. He backs up, his breath increasing. Obviously, uneasy, I take it as a win and almost stand all the way. "You. What are you doing here? How did you find this place!" He switched to angry. "You! You're the reason! They put me back because of you! It was all cause of you! It was your fault! All of it!" I'm so angry I yell only what I can. My thoughts flying through my head I can only yell unexplained nonsense. I've never felt anger like this before. The red glow lightly pours off my own skin and I take notice to it. I compare it to the glow coming off of him. Suddenly, it's an instinct to allow the anger to explode and in doing so the red glow is taken from his chest as I absorb it all and throw it out in all directions. I yank down away from the boy holding me just as the red glow gets sucked from him, absorbed into my hands, and then thrown out in a sphere of red glow. All boys stumbling but not by much and the one holding me gets knocked back, I'm free. "You die now, Peter Pan!"
