In a small town located in Mills, Wyoming people are turning up dead without their teeth. The media call him The Tooth Killer but he calls himself Mr. Smiles. Dentist by day and the evil tooth fairy by night. Taking the teeth of those he deems a bit too perfect. It starts off with small killings of random people but soon it gets too boring. The thrill of killing your own patient is much more fun. Will The Tooth Killer be caught or will he add to his collection?

Chp. 4 Preview: She was able to see what the paper had on it immediately after taking it from the shelf, and it made her heart immediately drop. Her blood sugar fell, and her face became pale, feeling dizzy. Her heart began racing as she saw me staring at her. The drawing she just found was a realistic depiction of myself smiling at the person who saw it. Unlike myself, who felt joy and inspiration from seeing father draw me this, mother was scared witless. Her legs became jelly, her body was paralyzed. All she could do was stare at the drawing, knowing that no one could have drawn this except an adult. And she knew I did not talk to any adults- or did I? Now she couldn't be too sure. This picture was from someone who knew how I looked, even getting the dimples on my cheeks and small birthmark on the side of my neck. It was someone that had to know me very well.
