Emily is 17 years old and has lost her parents and sister in a brutal murder. She wanted to live alone in her own home, and somehow she managed to. No one besides the authorities know about her living alone and she wants to keep it that way.
That is until a boy is sent to live with her.
Andrew is 17 and goes to the same school as emily. After his parents getting annoyed with him living under their roof, he is sent to live with a family of 4 in the neighbourhood, but the family actually only consists of 1 person, emily.
