(Y/N) and Merida had been friends since they were young, the two being incredibly close. After (Y/N)'s father passed, she became Merida's 'lady in waiting'.
But, after Queen Elinor announces the arrival of suitors and Merida's marriage to be arranged, Merida goes to change her fate, dragging (Y/N) along with her.
But when a spell goes wrong and sends Merida, (Y/N) and Elinor scrambling to fix it, the impending doom causes Merida and (Y/N) to realize their feelings.
