Nova's father Cayden has been suffering from a deadly disease. A few months before she turns twenty-one he passes away. Nova and her father were really close and she finds it difficult to adjust to a world where her father no longer exists. She finds herself in deep mourning as she lets the world collapse around her. On her birthday she finds a mysterious box on her doorstep. She discovers that the box contains twenty-one letters from her deceased father. Each letter represents the years they spent together. The letters must be opened when each circumstance applies. This is a novel about a loving father who teaches his daughter how to live without him.
