The grim reaper was know for many things. But what they don't know is that theres a god of reapers it was death himself the first reaper of them all and the most powerful of them all. Everyone in hell, heaven, the dragons, fallen, and all living creatures feared him even the gods. Hades and Sirzechs made a deal with him to have some of his followers and to keep the reincarnation system going, he agreed as long as he keeps things in order and make sure the dead stay dead. But someone did the unforgivable.......someone stolen from him and cheated him and he doesn't take kindly to thieves or cheaters.
