The Hero's Vigilante:The Bat

In a world where most humans on the planet develop superpowers soon after they're born, a boy named Izuku Midoriya was one of the few who never developed any powers. As a child, Izuku dreamed of becoming a superhero but was bullied and beaten so he worked hard to try and prove them wrong.
But Izuku wasn't like the others in his class. He was Japanese-American and so he was bullied for not being full Japanese and it didn't help he looked more American. His Mother was from America and his father was from Japan.
His Mother moved to Japan for a better life and met his father who later died trying and successfully stopping a murder.
