Izuku Midoriya had a good life. Truly, there wasn't a single thing he could realistically complain about.
But call Izuku unrealistic.
When his father comes home after being away on a 'business trip overseas' for 17 years to find that not only does Izuku have a mutated quirk that doesn't come from his family, but is becoming successful even without knowing his father, Hisashi is livid.
And perhaps, some of Izuku's scars were not just from his quirk training.

Hitoshi Shinsou was never really one for making friends. In fact, he has explicitly stated that he didn't want, nor need, any friends. He's in for a reality shock when he gets transferred into the hero course and seated behind a freckled boy with a tendency to make unexpected friends.

Just like he's father, Hisashi. So instead of trying for the hero course he gose for the support course, which he gets in with flying colors! Of course nothing ever just gose according to plan for the main character, so of course both he's soulmates try to be friends with him, Katsuki trying to rebuild there relationship while Kaminari just feels the need to be around the other two. Izuku Midoriya is a good kid. A great kid, in fact. He's saved two little kids from big time villains, defeated Hero Killer Stain, and survived two villain attacks in only his first year at UA, the top hero school in the country. You wouldn't expect him to have three part-time jobs, an impossibly sick mother, and to live in a dingy gang infested neighborhood, working himself to the bone just for dinner. You wouldn't expect him to make money by doing street performances with a break dancing group, or winning bets with the many gangs in the neighborhood. You certainly wouldn't expect the hero-in-training to commit petty theft to provide for the four other poor families that live on his street. But it's all true. He lives in a poor neighborhood where no one has a decent job and there isn't a single hero, not even an underground one. The kids there have only been to the city once or twice, and none of them have parents. One girl does, and was left there willingly. They regularly have to fight off the vermin trying to take their food, and consider a single dollar a fortune. This is Izuku's home. and, if his teacher doesn't find out what's going on soon and save him, it may be his deathbed. He was going through too much pressure from his family, friends and even his Sensei All Might. He has to deal with a lot of expectations that come his way and do everything he can to fulfill them all. He tries to cope up with everything but none of them ever cared on how he feels except 2 people. They try their best to help him but he is scared to open up as he fears that they may leave him, After all he was just some broken person. Izuku Midoriya is a boy that has gone through hell and back. He was bullied for not having a quirk all through middle school by his "best friend" Katsuki Bakugo. Then out of the blue, he gained a quirk. His quirk is called "Emotional Damage". It isn't as bad as it sounds. It just means that when someone is faced with torture or something similar to it you will gain a quirk. It's pretty rare so he doesn't use it much. This quirk allows the owner to have a certain thing happen to him based on his emotions. Deku had gone through a Femboy phase so he just goes with it now, no matter what people say or think and somehow got a harem along the way. He has grown mentally and physically tough so it's hard to get to his heart. Will his harem the consist of his classmates be able to break down the layers to this badass femboy's heart or not.
