I decided to create a therapist persona called "Express The Cat." The title is inspired by the phrase 'F in the chat.' The chapters have already been revised to focus on ETC's point of view.
This book was inspired by the YouTuber name Made2Express. Published and updated between 2020 - 2022.

In the world we live in, thoughts get lost. Not because they want to disappear, but because we're too afraid to think them. Some are naughty, some forbidden, some simply unwanted. We don't want to think them. We can't. We don't have the time to. We're not brave enough. So we push them away, shift them to places where they're harder to find-far beyond what is allowed, desired, or considered good. But sometimes the mind takes a journey to visit them again. It vanishes for a while. But every traveler returns-often carrying even more baggage than they initially took with them. Life experiences
I've been through my own struggle, whether it was created in my head by way of prolonged sadness or bitterness/resentment, or if I was struggling with things I had no control over like failed friendships, a broken heart, or family drama. This is my advice to you based off of my life experiences.
