Lacey is an ordinary teenager living in the city of New York. However, she wakes up one day to discover that several of her objects have come alive! Now burdened with being a seer, a person who can see and hear living objects, she and her friend Oak must navigate life with this ability.

Between the duo dealing with flaming paintbrushes, jewel thefts and chaotic numbers, a mysterious woman plots something that will change everything for both humans and objects. Will Lacey and Oak stop her, or will New York be turned upside down?
