"I think you should go."
"Can't handle the truth princess?"
"No, I can't handle your lies."
"The clock doesn't lie darlin, you've said it yourself."

Camila, Captain of the girls team works her butt off to achieve her dreams in swimming.

Luke, captain of the boys team works just as hard. With his season not yet started, he is the team manager for the girls team. Leaving Camila in misery all season long.

The two despise each other, in and out of the pool. So much so nothing can bring them together, not even swimming....

Or so they thought.

Swearing is in the book, I'm a bad writer so read at your own risk lol

After some rustling inside the bathroom, the door finally opens and I almost drop the clothes I'm holding. Kameron only has a towel wrapped around his waist, droplets of water dripping from his hair, down his chest, and disappearing underneath his towel. I try not to follow the path of one of the drops of water. It takes all of my self-control to look him in the eyes and no where else. I have a boyfriend. Austin. Remember him? "What do you what?" His voice is somehow even hotter. It's matured now. It's deep and a bit rough. "What does it look like? I need to shower." I say back, gesturing with the clothes I'm holding. "Shouldn't you be going to bed?" "I'm not a little girl anymore. I don't have a set bedtime." I narrow my eyes at him. He's always treated me like I'm his best friend's annoying little sister. "Yeah, I can tell." He suddenly says, suggestively running his eyes down my body. I try not to shiver from the feel of his eyes on me. I clear my throat to get his eyes back to mine. "You can move now." "Oh, can I?" He raises an eyebrow and I glare at him in return. "Relax, little girl, I'm messing with you." He rolls his eyes before walking past me. I can smell the scent of his body soap on him. Fresh, clean, and earthy with a hint of spice. I can't help but glance behind me and watch him go into his room. I can already tell this vacation is going to be a disaster. -Not revised yet, may be spelling errors & mistypes -Also on Inkitt -Dual POV

They tried to warn her. All he was going to do was break her heart. Well, then let him break it. *** High school. The dreaded part of our lives where you had to figure out your life, deal with a boat load of feelings, and try not to break down. It wasn't fair, but then again, life wasn't fair. Some school's had a specific tradition- sports, academics, or clubs. Well, Jaylee and Luke's school had a very... unique tradition; who could be the top heartbreaker. Every year, there was a boy and girl heartbreaker, battling for the top. There was only one difference between the other generations and Luke and Jaylee's. The Heartbreaker's Game. The game was simple. Whoever broke the other's heart first was the winner, and the other would be the school's loser. All they had to do was try to not fall for each other, and they both knew that would be highly impossible. Or so they thought. With fights, friends, secrets, and love, who will make it out on top? Who will truly claim the title of top heartbreaker?
