after years and years the mountain guardian finally fell. with her death came many different changes. the mountain animals once again declared war on the forest animals. assuming they killed their guardian. the forest animals were quite weak, they had no means of protecting themselves besides there forest guardian. this placed much stress of the new forest guardian which was only made worse when a young human child kept straying from the path and attempting to pass the grand oak to get the cave down the

NOTE: This is my very first book on Wattpad! I have (probably) improved since then, so don't base your judgement on me by this book! Every generation, 6 animals with enhanced abilities are born with the destiny of becoming a Guardian of the Woods. A deer, a bear, a wolf, a fox, an owl, and a rabbit. Once a Guardian dies, it reincarnates into an animal born from the same species. However, no Guardians have been born for the last decade. Because of this, the Demons of Furor have taken over and corrupted over half of the forest, and now no one can be trusted. Billy swallowed hard, his small hands clutching his bow. "I'm here because the forest chose me," he said, though his voice shook. The wolf stepped closer, its eyes narrowing. "The forest made a mistake. You don't belong here. Go home, boy, before you get hurt." Billy's heart pounded, but he stood his ground. "I belong here," he said, louder this time. "And I'm not going anywhere." The wolf lunged, its claws outstretched. Billy loosed an arrow, his magic guiding it to strike the wolf squarely in the chest.
