In a small town outside Milwaukee many years ago, a woman haunted by her ghosts lost her mind and tried to kill her daughter Nova, and her best friend Alex. In self-defense, Nova killed her mother and was sent away out of town somewhere where she could get the support she needed. Its been 15 years now and Nova is returning back to her home town,nack to her childhood home, getting ready to prepare it to be sold so she can move away and leave the past behind her.
