*Caliber now owns a new meaning, being the name for a new ability that has been born from ash. we don't know where it came from, but we do know that they're deadly. no two Caliber is the same.
*A Caliber is an ability that manifests from some form of extreme emotion in a citizen with caliber compatibility, manifesting as some form of physical object, it's made out of a dark substance.
Calibers will manifest on a part of the body or soul, becoming either an enhancement or an addition to the host body.
*However, Cal Corp fears that one Caliber, named Cal-19, will rise up and overthrow humanity as the dominant race. They're rounded up Calibers and used them as weapons.
*This novel follows a boy named Hecktor, who was captured by Cal-Corp, but escaped. Will Hecktor rise up to the opposition? Or will he rot on the graves of his people? Find out in this Novel.

Just as Kane said, we will never be equals, we will never be fellow humans. We will always be monsters to them. "Yakov, I am not the bad guy." I plead one last time. His Russian accent comes out harsh with his next words. "Your right," he pauses, "you are the villain." I stumble back as if I had just been stabbed in the chest. It was a horrible feeling. It was never good with the emotions and yet I recognize the feeling as heart beak. I barely breathe in air as I regain my posture. A battle cry from somewhere distracts me momentarily. I suddenly remember Ewan. I glare at Yakov one more time before I take off after the cries of battle. Jade believes she started the war among the human and her kind. Nothing is as it was portrayed.
