In days of  old, dragons walked this Island, when humans came they taught them of their Magic. Mastering the elements and conjuring spells to bend reality to their will. However plague ravaged the Island and magical creatures were the most susceptible. Most of them perished and the remaining fled over the sea.

Decades pass till Jonathan was born in the smallest village as the only mage, magic now fading from society and those left with the talent were under the word of the king or were a threat to the kingdom.
