'Mental', When a person went their emotions to a certain extent and asked for their desires and gave the user supernatural powers. Due to these users can't control their powers, It was discovered that these users must made a link with a spirit in order to control and harness it's full power, they're call the 'Mental Link'
Takeda Shigeru is a rabid Mental Link user who caused 'The Black Wings Incident' causing him to be wanted fugitive, he thought to himself that he has no purpose in his life anymore, a Mental user who is a teacher scouted him to enroll at a school full of Mental users. He was put at Class Misfits where all troublesome, outcasted Mental users put into one place. Upon gaining regaining his redemption, Shigeru learns to value his life and having friends again, this drives back to Shigeru's original goal, restore the society and make humans and mental users live in harmony.

In an alternate timeline, the human race found a way to create superpowers. By extracting energy from stars and inserting that energy into humans, 'powers' were created. Powers allowed humans to gain unnatural abilities such as flight, invisibility, super strength or in other words, superpowers. Of course, with the introduction of something so revolutionary, people rose up in the hundreds of thousands in an event known as the Great Rebellion. The insurgents banded together under a single banner and became collectively known as the Shadow, marking the beginning of the Cosmic Wars. Out of the darkness, the Gazers were born. Using what remained of the power technology, the Gazers singlehandedly perished the evil and ended the conflict. However, there was a price to pay. Powers put a toll on the human body and had serious mental and physical repercussions. The solution was to recruit children from the age of 13 to 18 and train them so their bodies would adapt to their powers, eventually becoming immune to all negative side effects. The end of the Cosmic Wars brought forth a new age of peace and prosperity that the world had never seen before. However, the long reign of the Gazers has already begun to crumble, cracks showing up within the very thread of society. Their rule will not last for much longer. The Shadow will rise once again. Izuku Midoriya is a boy that has gone through hell and back. He was bullied for not having a quirk all through middle school by his "best friend" Katsuki Bakugo. Then out of the blue, he gained a quirk. His quirk is called "Emotional Damage". It isn't as bad as it sounds. It just means that when someone is faced with torture or something similar to it you will gain a quirk. It's pretty rare so he doesn't use it much. This quirk allows the owner to have a certain thing happen to him based on his emotions. Deku had gone through a Femboy phase so he just goes with it now, no matter what people say or think and somehow got a harem along the way. He has grown mentally and physically tough so it's hard to get to his heart. Will his harem the consist of his classmates be able to break down the layers to this badass femboy's heart or not.
