We're all most comfortable when there is a consistent in our lives.
When we go to the store the same day every week, or eatting at the same restaurant every other friday.
Once a cycle we've grown comfortable with breaks we become uncomfortable or stressed. Not everyone reacts
the same, whether you're a little thrown off and jump back on the routine, or your whole day is ruined.
We all have one thing in common. We're all creatures of habit.
