After the government shot and killed Henry for attempting to escape after he failed the mission the Toppat Clan found his body in the desert not knowing that he was just hired to bring them down however they did know that he was the one who had the Tunisian diamond and figured they would bring him back with cybernetics and hire him because of his skill.
