The Kahli

The Kahli are what we call zombies now. They are ruthless killers, they don't walk like those zombies in TV shows, they run. They don't bite you and turn into a zombie, they bite you and you die. They can turn you but no one knows how they do because those who have been turned became one of the Kahli. No one knows how they got here or if they will get rid of the whole population. but all we do know is that something big is going down.

"Hey you guys, have you seen Dylan?" I ask panicked as I look around the desolate town for him. "I swear he was right behind us!" said Florence as she looked at me with a scared expression. We all looked in the houses and through out the town but we couldn't find him at all. Until I saw something speed past a house, "Guys..." I called out to our group because as soon as I did the Kahli started pouring from every direction, boxing us in. I took out my knife and tried to swing at one but it dodged me and rammed me into a house. I cried out as my shoulder dislocated it's self as I slid down the wall. I started to see black dots in my vision but was trying my hardest to not pass out. In the end it wouldn't matter my mind kept telling me, but I couldn't stand the thought of leaving my group alone. Then I plunged into darkness.
