Life as Alexane Connery had grown to know and admire on Earth had been torn into shreds as Alexane's new reality comes into view. For many this was the case. The people of Magia, belonging to the Reliquos tribe, were year after year placed into a simulation where they were tested to the best of their abilities so the community could handpick those who were perfect to enter into their community. However, recently, a problem with the test has caused all the test takers, including Alex, to awaken into a new world where possibilities are endless. As Alex comes to discover, everything that she come to terms with, everything that she believed to be impossible, turns out to be her new reality.
In a world where your imagination can soar across the vastest of oceans, and high into the glimmering night sky, Alex's battle with herself and this new world grows as she learns exactly who she is and what she is capable of. It is a description of my mental illness, which is a schizoaffective disorder, and the state of mind the condition puts me in. The way I've chosen to describe this is the best way I can articulate how I feel in certain situations. I describe the period of time I was in University studying Physics & Astronomy, up through to the completion of my MSc in computational astrophysics.
