It Was Just a Little White Lie

Daniel's day out with his friends was cut short when he returned home to a tragic scene.
Will he be able to cope with the grieving process, or will he drown to his sorrows.

I'm new to this, so bare with me please!
I wrote this as a short story English Assignment and I'm really proud of it, but if anyone finds any error in spelling or grammar please tall me and I'll fix it.
