Pandora's Heart.

The world has never seemed so cruel. Two secretive societies are at each other's throats, one for the good of the people and the other just for stupid fun and money. Pandora's Heart is an evil society run by Sam Crown, an unknown hitman hirer. He assigns people with concealed anger and rage to kill. The Society of Helpers is a good community that's run by Minx. The members of this society are to protect secret cyborgs and victims of Pandora's Heart. They are hired based on skills and intelligence. Most are trained from the age of 10, and as soon as they turn twelve, they gain their first mission to protect someone.

In this story, Karl is happy to have someone new working at the coffee shop that he works at. He ends up meeting the new worker, who introduces himself as Wilbur. He had just moved to the states from Brighton in the UK. Wilbur had been sent to a place to stay there, a place run by a kind man named Philza. Wilbur and Karl end up becoming immediate friends, and unknown to Karl, Wilbur was sent there for one reason.
