If Love Is Painful (A TransLes! Toya Todoroki x self insert soulmate au story)

This story is inspired by the song Ashitie.

The premise of the story is that the choker one of the soulmates is accursed with will get tighter and tighter until it suffocates or decapitates the wearer then it'll go to the wearer's wrist as a bracelet and it quickly gets tight and dismembers the wearer's soulmate's hand as a punishment for not meeting the wearer sooner.

In this AU, Galaxy was accursed with it since birth and has always lived next to the Todorokis. They've always favored one in particular and that was Toya. Toya favored them as well and always loved the moments he shared with them. When he heard that their mother died from the choker she was accused with and that their father blamed them for it, he was enraged about the matter. He told Enji and Rei about it and the two told him that he has the right to be upset about it. Enji decided to confront Galaxy's father about it, he decided that if heard one more thing about anything he does to them, he'll take them to live with his family. So when he heard about all of the abuse Galaxy told Rei and Rei told him, he walked over to Galaxy's place and helped them pack up to move in with him. When that was done with, he told Galaxy to wait outside as he "talked" with their father. They did so and after he was done, he walked them over to his place and let them have their own room.
