"it's said that a cat has nine lives," jimin says, caressing the soft gold brown fur of the sleeping figure at his lap, he rescued it last week. jeongguk hums from the floor, chips, soft drinks, gaming console- all sprawled over, "wonder why they say that. there's no story behind it. it's false."

the cat opens one eye, sleepily, rubs it's paw over his face and turns it's head to go back to sleep. 'false,' yoongi thinks, leaning to the soft touch, 'we have seven. and i have six left.'

or, yoongi is exiled to a dimension where 'supernatural' beings don't exist. there's a way though, to come back, as he learns before the banishment. one life here, counts to seven there. use all your seven, on someone else. you automatically come back. simple.

to his luck, a short blonde guy and his family of five adopt him. living in cramped spaces, everyone struggling with their own battles, everyone on the edge of quiting; but still having that dying love for each other: yoongi is giving up one by one. one by one. getting close to his home- one by one.

the problem ensues when his home starts becoming the lap of that short blonde guy.
