Nellie Primble had three rules:
1. Don't make new friends, you'll always have to leave them.
2. Blend in, being the new girl sucks.
3. Never EVER fall in love, it will only make matters worse.

These rules may sound crazy to someone who has lived in the same friendly suburb for all of their life, but for a girl who has moved 15 times in the past 5 years, this was just how life was. Her brother, Ethan, hadn't learned these rules yet, but he would in time. Five year olds are very sociable, after all. She had no trouble following these rules until move #15, where her window was adjacent to Thomas Allman, the strangest boy she'd ever met.

Always looking for constructive criticism! This is honestly just for fun so enjoy! -Jess :)
