Jason has always been shy and socially awkward, having a bad stutter doesn't help at all. Things get suddenly worse after he is attacked by a wolf and receives abilities he can't explain. Jason begins having nightmares and his parents send him to live with his grandparents in a town called Beacon Hills in California. There, Jason discovers that he isn't as alone as he thought.
