Alpha's are Known most powerful being while the rare one's are omegas especially male's since they can also be mothers they can held a human being in them they're well known as weak, fragile and tempting when an alpha smell them during their heat, they're like a beast if they ever smelled one and worstly when their in rut's.

(I don't really have much information about beta's so guess they're like the normal one...? If you have read about this then I guess you'll understand )

Monkey D. Luffy who is an omega working on any part-time job saving up for his daily life that currently living on his own with his apartment.
His best friend Zoro that is an alpha but isn't reckless since it'll be dangerous if he go near during luffy's heat, he is also protective to his omega friend just like he's brother's.
Zoro is quite a rich person so he tried to pay for bills to help his best friend luffy, but he would refuse it cause he doesn't want to bother him in his problems but zoro doesn't take no for an answer so he still help luffy.

What happens if luffy bumps into an alpha but not just any alpha he is a famous and rich alpha. that'll change his whole life.
