We all have one somewhere. It's a dusty notebook that gets stuck in your backpack, your purse, your Kindle case. Even though the world is digital and paper is a relic of the past, there's something refreshing about the fact that all you need is a piece of paper and a pen to record life as it goes by.
This is my notebook, the collection of thoughts I can take wherever I go. It's full of poems, musings, character sheets, short stories, and reminders of all the scribblings about life I hope I don't ever forget.
I don't expect it will hold anything brilliant, but you never know. Genius has come from fewer words on smaller sheets of paper.
The cover, which spoke to me the moment I saw it, is by @TheTigerWriter and her Magic Fox. They're pretty amazing, and I can't thank them enough. The same creator did the cover for "Becoming Colette", which will appear here soon.

The Deal
//Rafe Cameron\\ "You don't make deals with the devil, not unless you want to dance with him and maybe I did" Lily Grant has spent her whole life slumming it with the pogues, being that she is one. They're her day ones, her best friends. Life couldn't seem worse yet better while spending the summer partying and treasure hunting. Until the pogues find themselves in some trouble with little to no way out. Lily will go out of her way to save her friends, finding herself in a pit of her own trouble. Bringing her into the path of the devil himself, Rafe Cameron to whom she is in debt with. Something he'll never stop chasing her for..that is until one night when she has no choice but to go along with his so called 'deal' to pay her debt and if she's lucky..help her friends. This is enemies to lovers and gets quite dark at times. Some characters do quite a few things some readers may not find redeemable. I would say it could fall under the Dark Romance category. It's not for everyone. But! If you choose to read, you won't be disappointed! Trigger warning: This book contains dark themes, rape, assault, violence, drug and alcohol use. Sex between enemies, and detailed descriptions of main characters depressed mental health state. All Obx characters and storyline of the show belong to the writers. I only own my own parts of the storyline created in this story and characters.

This is the fifth installment in the random poetry compilation. There is no rhyme or reason to the poetry; it all exists together. If you've been here a while, you'll know that after 100 poems, there will be another book. I normally rant about my covers, and the stories behind them, but this one isn't that fancy: I was with my mother because we needed to make a quick drive to Hixon BC from my parents' house, which is ten minutes away.
