Earth is left with few countries after a destructive earthquake causing them to accumulate in the remaining islands. Some gigantic countries blew each other and fight over their lands, they all took advantage of the weaken countries. Few countries defended theirs and some lose. Marina, a country alone floating in vast northern sea regain theirs, but many refuges are begging for help. This country serves as charity and let them in.

In the year of 2212, a formal treaty between the state and refugees are made. Class system is made to constrain all the peace inside the state from inferior, economic and superior. Refugees automatically falls in the inferior. To protect the inferior from having no ability to protect themselves, government provides the food and security. Economic are those who can afford to provide for themselves by working and lastly the superior who have the means beyond their basic needs.

But problems occur, land coverage and resources become dwindled as the human population continues to upsurge.

When a popular celebrity was caught eating her own placenta, citizens tried the trend, but their satisfaction becomes unconquerable. Resolving both, Government secretly promotes human meat for the superior who can afford the price.

Now, the fate always plays accordingly the system. How can a girl trapped in the inferior survive in this tragic event?
