From an attempt of suicide, Tom was put into a Mental Hospital. Except he didn't know it was for the mentally deranged people. At first he had to be in the infirmary to fully recover from his injuries and properly treated. After his recovery he was to be put into a room with another patient. In the medical center he meets new friends.

After 'The End', Edd, Matt, and Tom moved into apartments. After a while, Edd and Matt got closer and shared an apartment to save more money. They won three lotteries, which gave them enough money (with extra) to buy a new house or to rebuild the old one. This all happened in five months, people who knew what happened to them would consider them very lucky. Though they thought that Tord died during the incident, they would think of him from time to time and they would be sad.
