In the near future an elite international cabal force an injection on the world based off the premise of a newly discovered and highly contagious virus. This new injectable "cure" renders the population who take it infertile. However, Richard Ruthless, a retired police officer, discovers his body resists the injection enough to retain his fertility. Little does he know what attention this brings him, both from those that want to benefit from him and those that want to benefit from exterminating him. Richard Ruthless will have to use all his wits, training, and grit to survive as he soon becomes the most wanted man in the world.
