'The kit tested positive!' the doctor sighed handing the report to Kavya's mother. 'But, beware! the media houses are stalking each of our movements like bloody hyenas. We cannot let this out by any means.'
Mrs. Dixit ran her teary eyes through the report. Frozen, she sat on the chair beside the bed on her daughter. She held those soft hands scarred with marks and kissed them, bursting into tears.
With closed eyes, Kavya recalls the first day she met Eshaanvi and conseqently ended up on the despiteful side of her brother, the 28 years wicket-keeper batsman KL Rahul. But, how could she 'overlook' the dark clouds of the big storm that shattered her life forever?!
