Placing my hands on his chest, I try to push him away. He doesn't move at all. "Deluca, please. I-I... I c-can't handle your kind words or these stupid feeling I-I've been feeling. Let go, please!" I pleaded, I can't let him see me like this.

"No."

I freeze. His voice is low and raspy and dangerous.

Closing my eyes, my shoulders sag in defeat. He makes me feel so venerable, and I hate it.

He grasps my jaw and lifts my head, but I keep my eyes closed. I can't look at him or I will cry. I can't cry.

"Open your eyes, Marina."

I shake my head.

"Now, Marina," his voice is so soft but demanding at the same time. I feel his warm breath against my face, and my lips part at their own accord, almost begging to feel his pesses against them. I hate how he makes me feel. I hate how my body betrays me. But I know, deep down, I don't hate him. Not even a little bit.

Marina Samarin has lived a life full of isolation and abuse. She's only had two people in her life that has ever shown her the love and care she needed, unfortunately one of those people ended up dead and the other person was actually a totally different person then she thought.

Deluca Crescenzo grew up in a world that was pure evil but he was surrounded but people who made him happy. That was until his parents were killed, and he had to grow up faster then he was meant to. His mind turned dark and completely set on revenge for his beloved parents.
